2026年4月11日、第12旅団創立25周年記念行事に伺いました。
観閲式や戦闘訓練展示などの行事が滞りなく行われた後、飛行場には第12旅団で運用されている多くの車両や装備が展示されており、ゆっくりと見学させていただきました。
映像は、**82式指揮通信車（6輪装甲車）**です。
隊員2名が左前輪のタイヤ交換を素早く行う様子が披露されており、息の合った動きと正確な作業の速さに思わず見入ってしまいました。
82式指揮通信車は、部隊の指揮や通信を行うための重要な装甲車で、移動しながら無線通信や情報の伝達を行うことができます。
6輪の高い走破性を持ち、フロントガラスには装甲の蓋を閉じることができ、上部には丸いハッチが設けられているなど、さまざまな状況に対応できる設計となっています。
災害派遣の際には、現場での連絡や指揮を支える重要な役割も担っています。
第12旅団は、群馬県にある相馬原駐屯地を基幹とし、関東北部から中部山岳地域までの広い範囲を担当する機動力の高い部隊です。
地震や豪雨などの災害時には、地域の安全と安心を守るため迅速に活動する部隊としても知られています。
相馬原駐屯地は、群馬県榛東村に位置する主要な駐屯地で、第12旅団の司令部が置かれている大切な拠点です。広い訓練場や飛行場を備え、多くの隊員の方々が日々任務に備えています。
一台一台の装備が持つ役割の大切さを思いながら、感謝の気持ちを込めて撮影させていただきました。

On April 11, 2026, I attended the 25th Anniversary Ceremony of the 12th Brigade.
After the review parade and training demonstrations were completed, many vehicles and equipment operated by the brigade were displayed at the airfield, allowing visitors to observe them closely.

Two personnel demonstrated a rapid tire replacement on the left front wheel, showing remarkable teamwork and precision. Watching their smooth and coordinated movements was truly impressive.
The Type 82 Command and Communications Vehicle is an essential armored vehicle designed to support battlefield command and communication.
It allows commanders to maintain radio communications and coordinate operations while on the move.
With its six-wheel drive capability, armored windshield covers, and roof-mounted hatches, the vehicle is built to operate effectively in various environments and demanding conditions.
During disaster relief missions, it also plays an important role in maintaining communication and coordinating response activities on site.
The 12th Brigade is a highly mobile unit based at Camp Soumagahara, responsible for a wide operational area covering northern Kanto and the mountainous regions of central Japan.
It is also known for its rapid response during natural disasters such as earthquakes and heavy rainfall.
Camp Soumagahara, located in Gunma Prefecture, serves as the headquarters of the 12th Brigade.
The base includes large training grounds and an airfield where personnel continuously prepare for their missions.
While observing each piece of equipment, I reflected on the importance of every role they serve and filmed with sincere appreciation.

Am 11. April 2026 nahm ich an der 25-Jahr-Feier der 12. Brigade teil.
Nach der Parade und den Gefechtsvorführungen wurden auf dem Flugfeld zahlreiche Fahrzeuge und Ausrüstungen der Brigade ausgestellt, die ich aufmerksam betrachten konnte.
Das Video zeigt das Typ 82 Führungs- und Kommunikationsfahrzeug (6×6 Radpanzer).
Zwei Soldaten führten einen schnellen Reifenwechsel am linken Vorderrad durch und demonstrierten dabei beeindruckende Teamarbeit und Präzision. Ihre ruhigen und abgestimmten Bewegungen waren sehr eindrucksvoll zu beobachten.
Das Typ 82 Fahrzeug ist ein gepanzertes Führungs- und Kommunikationsfahrzeug, das dazu dient, die Verbindung zwischen Einheiten aufrechtzuerhalten und Befehle auch während der Bewegung zu übermitteln.
Mit seinem sechsrädrigen Antrieb, den gepanzerten Abdeckungen der Frontscheiben und den runden Dachluken ist es für Einsätze unter verschiedenen Bedingungen ausgelegt.
Auch bei Katastropheneinsätzen übernimmt dieses Fahrzeug eine wichtige Rolle bei der Koordination und Kommunikation vor Ort.
Die 12. Brigade ist eine hochmobile Einheit mit Hauptsitz im Camp Soumagahara und zuständig für ein großes Einsatzgebiet im nördlichen Kanto sowie in den Gebirgsregionen Zentraljapans.
Sie ist besonders für ihre schnelle Unterstützung bei Naturkatastrophen bekannt.
Das Camp Soumagahara in der Präfektur Gunma ist ein bedeutender Standort mit großen Übungsflächen und einem Flugfeld, auf dem sich die Soldaten täglich auf ihre Aufgaben vorbereiten.
Beim Betrachten jeder einzelnen Ausrüstung wurde mir die Bedeutung jeder Aufgabe bewusst, und ich filmte mit Dankbarkeit.
Ich hoffe von Herzen auf eine friedliche Welt.
