If you’re looking for a family sized small crossover, you could definitely do a lot worse than the Subaru Forester. With a rugged personality and decent fuel economy, it scratches an itch that mainstream crossovers like the Honda CR-V can’t quite reach. That said, the Forester’s rivals do offer one thing that’s mostly been missing from Subaru’s lineup, until now. This is the 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid.
